Too has two meanings. The first meaning is 'also' or 'besides', the second meaning is 'extra'. You can use it as 'very' if you have got things so much like 'too hard', 'too much' or 'too soft'.
I am going to the swimming pool, do you want to come too?
I think she is coming too.
I've got to go to the park.
I am going to the candy floss shop.
